Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 August 2026
PrintReal is a free tool offered as-is. These terms describe what it does, what you are responsible for, and the limits of what can be promised.
Using the service
By using PrintReal you accept these terms. If you do not, the remedy is simple: do not use it. There is no account to close, because there are no accounts.
PrintReal is free, with no usage limits and no paid tier. You may use it for personal or commercial work — the prints you make with it are yours, and we claim no rights over them.
Your images and your responsibility
You keep all rights to the images you open in the tools. Since nothing is uploaded, we never receive, store or process them on any server, and could not claim a licence over them even if we wanted one.
You are responsible for having the right to print what you print. Copyrighted artwork, licensed patterns, trademarks and other people's photographs remain subject to their own rules regardless of what tool produced the PDF.
What is not guaranteed
The tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. In particular, the physical accuracy of a print depends on things outside this software: your printer, its driver, the scaling setting in your print dialog, your paper, and how the PDF viewer you use handles page size.
PrintReal produces a PDF in which the image is placed at the size you asked for. Whether your printer then reproduces it at that size is a question of your own print settings — which is why every guide here tells you to print one test sheet and check it with a ruler before committing to a long run or an expensive paper.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintReal and its author are not liable for any loss arising from use of the tools — including wasted paper, ink, materials or time, or any indirect or consequential damages. This is a free utility run by one person, and the cost of a misprint has to sit with the person making the print.
Availability and changes
The service may change, break, or become unavailable at any time, with no notice and no obligation to restore it. Features may be added or removed. These terms may also be updated; the date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
